At TechAir we are committed to providing an equal, accessible service to all customers, including people with disabilities, in line with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law and service-accessibility regulations.

1. Our commitment

We invest resources in making our website and digital service accessible so every user gets an independent, safe, and equal experience.

2. Conformance level

The site aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, in line with Israeli Standard 5568 and the service-accessibility regulations (2013).

3. Accommodations implemented

The site supports full keyboard navigation with clear focus indicators, sufficient color contrast, screen-reader labels (ARIA), full right-to-left support, and alternative text for visual elements.

4. Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible — for example, demo-call audio recordings without a full transcript. We continuously improve and welcome reports about any inaccessible element.
