How can we help?

Short guides that map one-to-one to the real screens in your dashboard and settings.

Start here

Six short guides — each one matches a screen that already exists in your account.

Set up in 10 minutes

  1. Sign up and log in — you land straight on your dashboard.
  2. Open Settings, pick Knowledge Base, and import your business details from your website or from free text.
  3. On the Call Handling screen, choose how the AI answers and which voice it speaks with.
  4. Call your number to test — the call shows up on your dashboard with a recording and transcript.

Connect your calendar

  1. Open Settings and pick Calendar & Scheduling.
  2. Choose Google Calendar and sign in with your Google account.
  3. Once connected, you'll see your calendar name, working hours, and working days.
  4. From then on the AI books appointments straight into your calendar during calls — they show on your dashboard under Upcoming Appointments.
  5. You can disconnect anytime from the same screen.

Teach the AI your business

  1. Open Settings and pick Knowledge Base.
  2. Paste a link to your website or a free-text description — the details are extracted automatically.
  3. Review the fields: trade type, service areas, specialties, and services you don't offer.
  4. Add your response time and a pricing note so the AI sets the right expectations.
  5. Save — the AI uses the updated details on the very next call.

Understand your dashboard

  1. The top cards sum up your day: calls today, new leads, and conversion rate.
  2. Recent Calls lists every call the AI answered.
  3. Recent Leads gathers the details extracted from each call.
  4. Upcoming Appointments shows the meetings the AI booked, including ones still awaiting SMS confirmation.
  5. Recordings & Transcripts is where you listen to calls and read them in full.

Recordings & sharing

  1. On the Call Handling screen in Settings, turn on call recording and choose the format and retention period.
  2. On the dashboard, open Recordings & Transcripts and pick a call.
  3. Play the recording or open the transcript right there.
  4. Click Share recording to create a public link — it's copied to your clipboard and stays valid until its expiry date.
  5. You can also download the recording as a file.

Customer SMS settings

  1. Open Settings and pick Customer SMS.
  2. Choose which messages callers receive: their inquiry details, a confirmation message, or both.
  3. Decide what the message includes — your phone number and a booking link.
  4. Set the timing: right when the call ends, or after a short delay.
  5. Check the live preview of the exact message — then save.
