1. Data we collect

We collect account details (name, email, phone number), billing information, service usage data, and customer details extracted from calls (name, phone, inquiry type) — all solely for the purpose of providing the service.

2. Call recordings and transcripts

The service records incoming calls and transcribes them automatically. Recordings and transcripts are available to you in the dashboard. You are responsible for informing callers about the recording and obtaining required consents under applicable law.

3. How we use your data

Data is used to operate the service: answering calls, extracting leads, sending SMS, displaying data in the dashboard, billing, support, and improving answer quality. We do not use call content for advertising.

4. Sharing with sub-processors

We do not sell your data. To operate the service we use necessary sub-processors — a telephony provider, SMS provider, cloud infrastructure providers, and AI models for transcription and answering — all acting under our instructions and bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.

5. Data retention

Recordings and transcripts are retained for up to 90 days by default; account details and leads are retained as long as the account is active and as required by law. Upon account closure we delete or anonymize data within a reasonable period, except data we are legally required to retain.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including GDPR where applicable to you), you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, object to processing of, and receive a portable copy of your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@techair.co.il.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for secure login and site operation, and basic analytics cookies to improve the service. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may impair service functionality.

8. Security

We apply industry-standard security measures — encryption in transit, access controls, and environment separation — to protect your data. No system is completely immune, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
