1. The Service
TechAir provides an automated voice answering service, customer detail extraction from calls, SMS delivery, and a dashboard for managing leads and calls. The service is provided as-is and we strive for high availability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation.
2. User Account
To use the service you must create an account and provide accurate, up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Payments & Subscription
The subscription is monthly on the Base or Pro plan at the prices published on the pricing page, and renews automatically each month until cancelled. A full refund is available upon request within the first 30 days of the subscription, as described in the Cancellation section.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time directly from the dashboard, with no penalty and no minimum commitment. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. A full refund is available upon request within the first 30 days.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the service lawfully, including complying with applicable laws on call recording, customer data storage, and communications, and obtaining required consents from your customers. Use of the service is at your sole responsibility.
6. Limitation of Liability
The service relies on AI technologies and third-party infrastructure, and errors in recognition, transcription, or detail extraction may occur. Subject to applicable law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid for the service in the three months preceding the event. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights in the service, software, design, and trademarks are owned by TechAir. You may not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, or make commercial use of the service outside your subscription. Data you enter remains your property.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will provide advance notice of material changes via the dashboard or email. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
